Over 8,300 Arizona children are in foster care. Because of past neglect, abuse, or homelessness, these foster, kinship, and adoptive families face an uphill battle in helping kids create hopeful futures.
Expressive art projects help children discover strengths and build coping skills. Free Arts uses trauma-informed programming to ensure that children and teens have new chances to express themselves, build skills, and bond with caring adult mentors.
Because the need is critical, an anonymous Free Arts donor will match all donations made by December 31 — up to $50,000. Your impact DOUBLES!
And would you believe it won’t cost you a thing? With Arizona’s foster care tax credit, married couples can give up to $1,234 and individuals $618 … and every cent returns to you when you file your taxes. Learn more about the Arizona QFCO Tax Credit here.
