Join us for Free Arts’ annual Resilient Hearts Symposium, bringing together Free Arts partners, mentors, volunteers, artists, educators, and youth-serving agencies. This unique one day event features plenary learning sessions, breakout sessions, and expressive art experiences. Session topics include evidence based mentoring principles, supporting healthy relationships, information on emotional regulation, support for self-care, and a host of trauma-informed arts activities geared for children and teens.
The symposium supports the Free Arts mission by building skills and deepening relationships among staff, volunteers, and community members interested in the transformative power of the arts to help children heal from traumatic experiences. The presenters and facilitators for this Symposium are nationally recognized leaders in child well-being programming.
