Other Ways To Give

Beyond volunteering and making a financial contribution, there are many ways you can help us transform lives. Please consider supporting Free Arts programs in the following ways.

In-Kind Contributions

Free Arts accepts a variety of in-kind goods and services to enhance the experience for our children and volunteers. One of the most popular in-kind contributions is the gift of art supplies. Refer to our art supply wish list or view the Free Arts Amazon wish list.

NOTE: In-kind donations and services are acknowledged by Free Arts in writing, but the donor is responsible for the stated value of the in-kind donation.

Gifts of Stock

When you gift stocks to Free Arts, you won’t pay any capital gains tax. Plus, Free Arts can either sell or hold stock without tax penalties. Free Arts will acknowledge the donation at fair market value when the stock is donated. If you have stock you wish to gift to Free Arts, please contact our development department.

Planned Giving

You can support our programming by including Free Arts in your will, trust, or gift annuity contract. You can also name the organization as a beneficiary of life insurance or retirement assets.

Amazon donates 0.5% of eligible purchases to the charity of your choice when you purchase items through an Amazon Smile account. All you need to do is designate Free Arts as your chosen charity and start shopping. The donation will be made at no extra cost to you. Through the Fry’s Community Rewards program, a percentage of your Fry’s purchase can benefit Free Arts. That means every time you shop at Fry’s you’re supporting our programs. Log in to your Fry’s VIP account and choose Free Arts as your designated charity.

Facebook Fundraising Campaigns

Use your Facebook account to raise funds for Free Arts. For your next birthday, special occasion, Giving Tuesday, Arizona Gives Day, or just because, create a Facebook Fundraiser for Free Arts and invite your friends and family to donate.

Valley of the Sun United Way Donations

You can designate your workplace United Way campaign to Free Arts. Simply write in Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona as the designation of your gift on the United Way form. Your donation to Valley of the Sun United Way qualifies for the Arizona Foster Care tax credit.
