Arizona Gives Day 2025

Arizona Gives Day is April 1, 2025 – each year 1000+ nonprofits come together across the state to build a better Arizona and tens of thousands of donors come together to support the amazing work these nonprofits are doing in our community.

This year we have set our fundraising goal at $20,000 – can we count on you to support Arizona’s most vulnerable children and families?

You can learn more and even set up your own fundraiser on our Arizona Gives Day page!

This year we will also be hosting an open house at Parsons Place!

What: An open house, with tours and an art station set up in the classroom. The on-site art activity will be a community quilt project, where participants will be given a 5” square piece of fabric, stabilized with freezer paper, to draw or write on using fabric markers. Staff will be on hand to deliver an art prompt and to guide the process. The resulting fabric squares will become “blocks” in a community quilt that will be sewn together by Free Arts staff members, volunteers, and members of the Phoenix Modern Quilt Guild.

Tours and quilt block making will happen on the hour (10am–6pm), and on an ad hoc basis throughout the day. We are also hosting an art supply drive in conjunction with the event. Optional: bring art supplies that our participants use throughout the year for our programs. You can see our amazon wishlist here.
